10-Day Challenge

I started an awesome 10-day challenge yesterday and am loving it so far.  It is a group of about 40 women all doing meal & fitness planning for 10 days.  We took measurements (weight and waist) yesterday morning.  I can’t wait to see everyone’s results by the end of the challenge!

I am doing really well with the meals, but not so good with the workouts.  I love scheduling my meals and do very well with sticking to it, but can’t seem to get motivated to exercise.  😦  It’s only day two so I’m hoping I will get in the swing of it.
